• Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and credit balances forfeited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. reef33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time.
• The KYC process requires a valid MyKad or passport copy to ensure account security and compliance with regulatory procedures.
• Members are fully responsible for all activities that occur within their account, including any financial transactions and gaming activity.
• Reef33 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

Once an account has been successfully registered, the member will receive a confirmation via their registered email or phone number. It is important for members to keep their contact details up to date to facilitate communications from the reef33 team.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit:

Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

Reef33 offers various bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each respective promotional offer.

• The 200% welcome bonus is offered exclusively to new members on their first deposit and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• Reef33 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting (arbitrage), or strategies deemed to exploit the system, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

Bahasa Melayu is the official language of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence as the definitive reference.
